Junior Phase School Uniform

Students in Years 3 to 5 follow different uniform regulations depending upon the season.

Below you will find both checklists of  items available from The Royal Scot as well as additional guidelines regarding uniform expectations in the Junior Phase.

Uniform Guidelines

 

All students

  • BSK Student ID badge (Oyster Card) must be worn daily
  • No smart watches or mobile phones are to be worn or brought to school

  • Backpacks and rucksacks need to be worn on the child’s back. No wheeled trolleys

Boys

  • Polished black leather shoes
  • Hair must not fall below the shirt collar, or over the eyes, and must be well groomed and tidy
  • Razor cuts or lines edged into short hair are not permitted
  • No jewellery to be worn

Girls

  • Polished black, leather, low-heeled shoes
  • Underwear, or leggings, are not to be visible below the hem of the dress
  • Hair that is longer than collar length should be tied up neatly
  • No jewellery to be worn with the exception of one plain earring stud
  • No nail varnish
