The House Competition is based on net points, calculated as positive housepoints minus negative behaviour points. So when a student receives a positive point, their House also gains a point, and if a student receives a negative point, their House also loses that point. Students should work together with their housemates to get as many positive points as possible, and to avoid receiving negative points.
The current year's standings are published weekly on the BSK Facebook page (external link).
*Note: As of 13.04.17.
*Note: The overall totals include points which were earned by the House but which were not awarded to any individual students.

Before 2012-13, the House Competition was based only on positive housepoints, without deducting behaviour points from each House. The housepoint totals were lower in 2010-11 because the current housepoint system was introduced mid-year, in January 2011.
