Mark gained a degree in Economics from Monash University before completing a Graduate Diploma in Education and, more recently, a Masters of Leadership with the same institution.
After teaching in London he moved to Lebanon in 2001, arriving at BSK in 2002 as a Year 5 Class Teacher. He has since held the roles of Head of Ireland House, Assistant Middle Phase Coordinator and Junior Phase Coordinator. Mark became Primary Head Teacher in 2009 and now leads the Junior Phase (Years 3-5). BSK is a family affair for Mark; his wife teaches French while his two children are enrolled at the school.
