BSK is proud to offer a wide range of extracurricular activities which supplement the Physical Education programme in order to give our students as many sporting opportunities as possible. Students have access to high quality sporting facilities including an indoor heated 25 metre swimming pool.
Opportunities to compete both locally and internationally occur on a regular basis as BSK are founder members of ISACK (for competitions within Kuwait) and the British Schools of Middle East for local Gulf competitions.
Students are able to compete in school teams from the Under 9 to the Under 19 age groups in a variety of sports. We have an outstanding coaching team and it is the norm for the school to win a number of high profile events every year. At the present time, we are Boys Under 19 champions of Kuwait in Football and Basketball, while our Girls' teams are equally successful, our Under 15 Girls currently holding Basketball, Volleyball and Football titles.
For those students who do not make our school squads, we offer a large number of fun activities in our major team sports, as well as a comprehensive House sports programme, through which students can compete in a fun environment against their friends and develop competitive instincts that will assist them in all walks of life.
