Appointments for admissions tests are made by a receptionist and the parent will be informed of a date and time.
The results of the admissions test are forwarded to the relevant Department Coordinator (DC). The DC will contact parents with the result. For successful students, an appointment will be made for an interview with the DC. Following a successful outcome to the interview, the DC will accompany parents to the Registrar’s office for the completion of the registration process which involves:
*Parents have THREE working days from completion of the registration form to payment of the non-refundable deposit. If parents do not pay the deposit on time the place cannot be guaranteed.
Early in Term 3, parents will receive notification of the deadline for re-registration which has been agreed with the Ministry of Private Education. This date is always in the first week of April.
BSK guarantees to register students for the next academic year provided the student successfully completes the year and re-registers before the deadline. Should a parent fail to re-register a student before the deadline, BSK cannot guarantee a place. As BSK is Kuwait’s premier school and places are in high demand, we urge parents to re-register early.
Parents are required to visit the school and to meet with the Registrar. During the meeting, parents should update details on their child’s registration form and then visit the Senior Bursar to pay a non-refundable re-registration deposit of KD100 per student.
