Health Week

A healthy mind needs a healthy body and The British School of Kuwait is serious in fulfilling its responsibilities to the entire school community to inform and lead by example in this regard.

During Health Week this year we enjoyed morning aerobics, sports days and wonderful physical assemblies with Miss Kim and our Healthy Heroes. Students monitored their diets and learned about balanced, nutritious meals.

Though this was a single week the messages are reinforced on a daily basis throughout the year and we believe the whole community has a responsibility for the health of our youth.
