Mr Peter Martin MA(Hons) (Oxon) PGCEForeign Languages Coordinator
Peter obtained his Masters in French and German from Oxford University and went on to gain a PGCE in Languages and Music from Nottingham University. After working as Head of German at Rydens School, Walton-on-Thames from 1983-89, he spent five years as Coordinator of Music at Hebron School, Ooty. Peter joined BSK in 1996 as Foreign Languages Coordinator. Having grown up in India, Peter is fluent in Tamil. His general interests include classical music, history, geography, and Indian culture and current affairs.

Miss Sana’a Malaeb BSAssistant Coordinator(Arabic as a Second Language)
Sana’a graduated from the Faculty of Science at the Lebanese University and qualified as a teacher in Lebanon. After moving to Kuwait, she taught Science for eight years and Arabic as a Second Language for fifteen years. Sana’a has also taught Arabic to adults. Her personal interests include reading, travel, computers and watching movies.

Miss Lysiane Gilles BA PGCEFrench Teacher
Lysiane obtained a degree in Languages and a PGCE from Trinity and All Saints College, Leeds. After a further three years teaching in the UK she taught briefly in Lebanon before moving to Kuwait in 2002. Lysiane's experience as a teacher of French ranges from Key Stage 1 right through to A Level. When not in the classroom, Lysiane enjoys art, design and spending time with her young family.

Miss Deborah Kremer MA PGCEFrench Teacher
Deborah obtained a masters degree in Political Science from the Institute of Political Studies of Grenoble in France and worked for seven years in Finance and Accounting for a multinational company. She has lived and worked in several European countries. Deborah gained her PGCE in Modern Languages from the University of Sussex in Brighton. She taught French, German and Politics in the UK for four years before joining BSK. She practises yoga regularly and enjoys many outdoor activities, including running, cycling, surfing and skiing.
